Great to meet you!

I am passionate about helping individuals, teens, young adults, and families navigate life’s challenges. I can help you navigate anxiety, relationship struggles, co-parenting, and divorce— supporting you through difficult transitions and helping you build stronger, more fulfilling lives.

My two main areas of work are: supporting parents who want to communicate more effectively, set healthy boundaries, and co-parent in ways that lower stress and prioritize their child’s well-being; and helping adolescents and young adults as they work through questions of self-discovery, life changes, and relationship challenges.

My committed is to create a safe, supportive space where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered to grow. Together, you’ll explore your story, identify what’s holding you back, and take steps toward the kind of life and relationships you want.

My approach to therapy

I take a collaborative approach to therapy, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and viewing concerns through a systemic lens. I believe that change happens when we feel seen, heard, and empowered. My work is grounded in strength-based practices and a deep belief in each person’s capacity for change and resilience.

I have worked with clients of all ages on challenges related to anger management, emotional regulation, ADHD, communication difficulties, boundary-setting, and navigating unfulfilling relationships or unmet needs.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to build insight, confidence, and stronger connections. My approach highlights how upbringing, values, and communication styles shape emotional health and relationships.
