Great to meet you!

I believe therapy should be a space where you feel genuinely seen, understood, and supported, while also feeling safe enough to be challenged in meaningful ways. My approach is warm, empathic, and collaborative, but I also believe that growth often requires looking honestly at patterns, relationships, and experiences that may be keeping you stuck.

Therapy is not simply about feeling better in the moment. It can be an opportunity to better understand yourself, heal from what has happened, and develop new ways of moving forward. My goal is to create a space where clients feel supported enough to be vulnerable and challenged enough to grow.

My approach to therapy

I work from a trauma-informed and relational perspective, helping clients better understand how past experiences can influence the way they view themselves, navigate relationships, and respond to the world around them. I have received training in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), with a particular focus on supporting survivors of trauma.

My work with couples and families has also been shaped by advanced training at the Ackerman Institute for the Family and through the Minuchin Center for the Family. These experiences have strengthened my understanding of family systems, relationship dynamics, communication patterns, and the ways in which each person influences the larger system around them.

What you can expect from me

From our first session, I will strive to create a balance between compassion and accountability. I will meet you with curiosity rather than judgment, while also helping you recognize patterns, consider new perspectives, and make changes that move you toward healthier relationships and a stronger sense of self.
