Great to meet you!
I take a humanistic approach to therapy, believing that everyone has the ability to grow, heal, and create meaningful change. My role is to provide a supportive space where clients can better understand themselves, identify their strengths, and feel empowered in their journey.
I specialize in working with adolescents and adults and have experience providing mental health services in school districts and Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHP) and intensive outpatient programs (IOP). I have supported individuals facing challenges such as depression, anxiety, behavioral concerns, suicidal ideation, substance use recovery, and difficulties related to school, family, peer, and life transitions.
My goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental environment where you feel comfortable sharing your thoughts and experiences. I believe healing happens through connection, trust, and self-understanding, and I strive to help clients build the tools they need to navigate life's challenges with confidence.
