Great to meet you!

I take a humanistic approach to therapy, believing that everyone has the ability to grow, heal, and create meaningful change. My role is to provide a supportive space where clients can better understand themselves, identify their strengths, and feel empowered in their journey.

I specialize in working with adolescents and adults and have experience providing mental health services in school districts and Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHP) and intensive outpatient programs (IOP). I have supported individuals facing challenges such as depression, anxiety, behavioral concerns, suicidal ideation, substance use recovery, and difficulties related to school, family, peer, and life transitions.

My goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental environment where you feel comfortable sharing your thoughts and experiences. I believe healing happens through connection, trust, and self-understanding, and I strive to help clients build the tools they need to navigate life's challenges with confidence.

My approach to therapy

I take a humanistic approach to therapy and believe that every person has the ability to grow, heal, and create meaningful change. My role is to provide a supportive space where you can better understand yourself, identify your strengths, and develop tools to navigate life's challenges.

I believe our experiences shape us, but we have the power to choose how we respond and move forward. Together, we will focus on building self-awareness, healthy coping skills, and confidence so you can feel empowered in your daily life.

What you can expect from me

The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other. We'll discuss what brings you to therapy, the challenges you're facing, and what you hope to achieve. My goal is to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you feel comfortable being yourself.

We'll begin identifying goals and exploring how therapy can support your growth and well-being. I want you to leave feeling heard, supported, and hopeful about the process ahead.
