Great to meet you!

I want to begin by expressing gratitude to you for taking the time to learn about me and my work. Reaching out for support is not easy, and your curiosity is already a meaningful first step.

Together, we’ll work toward rediscovering relief, strength, and even the smile you may have thought was lost.

As a licensed clinical social worker, I specialize in treating complex trauma and the ways past experiences shape present struggles. I also work with the challenges of infertility — no two journeys are alike. Whether you feel surrounded by those ‘who just don’t get it,’ or are grieving a miscarriage or the loss of a child, my role is to help you find practical tools to manage the complex social challenges that follow loss as you move through this journey.

In our sessions, we’ll slow things down, make sense of what’s happening, and create a plan to help you feel more steady day to day. I use evidence-based approaches for managing emotions, untangling painful thoughts, and moving toward what matters—always at your pace.”

My approach to therapy

I don’t believe in “Therapy Forever”. Instead, I see it as a supportive space where we build trust, explore your concerns, and create a plan together. We’ll do the work side by side, and along the way, we’ll pause to reflect on your progress and adjust as needed. My hope is that you leave therapy with confidence, tools, and a sense of strength you can carry into your life.

What you can expect from me

In our work together, you’ll feel genuinely heard. Therapy isn’t easy; we’ll face hard things at a pace that feels safe. Each session aims for a small win—more clarity, steadier emotions, or a next step you choose—so you leave feeling accomplished and more in charge, even when it’s difficult. I offer simple options you can lean on between sessions if they help, and we adjust as we go. That, to me, is genuine therapy.
