Great to meet you!

My name is Daniela and I am a California and Florida Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I have experience providing individual and family psychotherapy. My background is in the field of education and mental health with extensive experience working with adolescents, adults, and families. Additionally, my areas of focus include - but are not limited to - depression, anxiety, behavioral problems, life transitions, parenting, and relationship issues.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I utilize an eclectic theoretical approach to therapy, as every client is unique and one size does not fit all when it comes to therapy. I believe that psychotherapy is a collaborative process and feel honored to be part of my clients' journeys of self-discovery and growth.

What you can expect from our first session

Starting therapy is an important step in becoming and feeling your best self. We all struggle in life, but we are not meant to do it alone. That is where I come in - I offer a safe space to work through whatever you are dealing with. A place where you can feel heard and understood.

We will together work to gain a better understanding of yourself and your relationships. Most importantly, we will build on your strengths so you can learn to apply them towards healing, growth, and change.
