Great to meet you!

I’m a compassionate and dedicated bilingual counselor based in Texas. I earned my Master’s in Mental Health Science from The University of Texas at El Paso in May 2023. During graduate school, I began working toward my Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC) credential while gaining valuable experience supporting youth and families. As a bilingual counselor, I’m deeply passionate about providing culturally responsive care to diverse populations, including immigrants and their families. I have extensive experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families from many different backgrounds.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in helping individuals overcome addiction, navigate emotional challenges, and build healthier, more fulfilling lives. My approach is grounded in Motivational Interviewing (MI), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

What you can expect from me

At the heart of my work is the belief that a strong therapeutic alliance is essential for meaningful change. I strive to create a safe, trusting, and nonjudgmental space where you feel truly seen, respected, and supported from the start. I view counseling as a collaborative process—you bring invaluable expertise about your own life, and together we can foster real healing and lasting growth.
