Daniela is a bilingual Nationally Board Certified Counselor who helps high-achieving young professionals and adults break free from OCD’s grip using evidence-based, practical, and compassionate treatment. We’ll work together using ERP (Exposure and Response Prevention) and other techniques to retrain your brain’s relationship with intrusive thoughts by removing their power.

My approach to therapy

I help high-achieving young professionals, college students, and graduate students break free from OCD’s grip using evidence-based, practical, and compassionate treatment. We’ll work together using ERP (Exposure and Response Prevention) and techniques to retrain your brain’s relationship with intrusive thoughts — not by getting rid of them, but by removing their power. In our sessions, you’ll learn how to stop feeding the OCD cycle, tolerate uncertainty, and rebuild trust in yourself again. Therapy with me is collaborative, structured, and deeply human. I won’t judge your thoughts. There is nothing you can say that I haven’t heard before. Instead, we’ll create a space where you can finally speak the things you’ve been holding in for years.

What you can expect from me

Therapy with me is collaborative, structured, and deeply human. I won’t judge your thoughts — truly. There is nothing you can say that I haven’t heard before. Instead, we’ll create a space where you can finally speak the things you’ve been holding in for years. You’ll gain tools you can use in real life, whether that’s sitting through a triggering lecture, going on a date without analyzing every feeling, or ending the reassurance cycle that’s draining your relationships.

If you’re ready to stop living in fear of your own mind, reach out. You don’t have to do this alone — and you don’t have to keep pretending you’re fine.
