Great to meet you!

You may be someone who has always looked like you're holding it together while quietly feeling anxious, disconnected, or stuck in the same relationship patterns. Perhaps you're hard on yourself, find it difficult to set boundaries, grew up walking on eggshells, or keep wondering why change feels so difficult despite your insight. My name is Daniela Morse, and over the past six years of my practice as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, it has been an absolute honor to help individuals and couples establish a secure, empowering foundation for their care. Holding a Master's in Counseling Psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute, I specialize in supporting teens and adults navigating anxiety, depression, codependency, and complex family conflicts. Whether you are dealing with life transitions or struggling with self-esteem, my priority is ensuring you are deeply seen, understood, and accepted exactly as you are.

My approach to therapy

I believe that true healing cannot happen in isolation; it flourishes through the experience of deep connection. My therapeutic approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that healing happens within safe relationships. My work is fundamentally relational and attachment-informed, honoring the powerful connection between both mind and body. Together, we will explore the experiences and patterns that have shaped you while helping you build a more compassionate relationship with yourself and healthier connections with others. By integrating Psychodynamic and Somatic principles with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Gestalt, and Family Systems, we will outline clear, tangible goals that fit your actual life. Whether we are utilizing trauma-focused tools or simply unpacking long-standing stress, I am here to help you turn your internal insight into meaningful, lasting change.

What you can expect from me

Reaching out for help is an incredibly vulnerable step, and my hope is that our telehealth sessions serve as a quiet, calming sanctuary where you can step away from the heavy demands of daily stress. I work with adults and couples throughout California, and during our first hour together, I focus entirely on creating a non-judgmental, compassionate environment. We will gently explore your history, symptoms, and client-centered goals at a pace that feels completely natural to you—there is never any pressure to unpack everything at once. We will use this initial time to see if we are a good fit and to collaboratively design a roadmap for your growth. I also offer a complimentary 15-minute consultation to ensure you feel entirely confident before we begin our journey together.
