Great to meet you!

After completing NYU’s Graduate Art Therapy Program, which included intensive internships at the department of Psychiatry at two major New York Hospitals, I worked for several years as a primary therapist at Ohel, a Mental Health Outpatient Clinic in Brooklyn.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Each client is unique and special, and so is my approach, which is tailored to suit each one's specific goals and needs. It encompasses a variety of modalities, such as visual arts, writing, psychodrama, CBT and talk therapy. Clients often discover that sometimes words can only go so far; while images or symbols are powerful means to help them deal with their emotions, and discover their inner strengths and motivations.

What you can expect from our first session

I am very much looking forward to supporting you on your journey to empowerment and emotional well-being. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, loss, separation, transitions and adjustments or other difficulties; you will be met with empathy, respect and unconditional positive regard.
