Great to meet you!

I'm Daniela, a licensed therapist and soulful space-holder for people navigating life’s messier, more mysterious seasons. I specialize in helping sensitive, intuitive, and purpose-driven humans make sense of their internal world—especially when it feels like everything is shifting. My background weaves together clinical training with a mind-body-spirit lens. I draw from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), somatic practices, inner child work, and transpersonal psychology. I’ve worked with young adults, creatives, first-gen professionals, and spiritual seekers—anyone tired of playing small or performing perfection. This work isn't about fixing you. It's about coming home to yourself.

My approach to therapy

Therapy with me is a collaboration—gentle but honest, intuitive but grounded. I believe healing happens when we stop trying to “get it together” and start getting curious instead. I’ll support you in noticing patterns, softening self-judgment, setting boundaries that actually protect you, and reconnecting to your own wisdom. Expect metaphors, mindfulness, and the occasional lovingly timed truth bomb. I tailor our work based on your needs, whether that means emotion-focused depth work or real-world tools to support your nervous system and relationships.

What you can expect from me

You can expect to leave sessions feeling more rooted in who you are, even if you’re still unsure where you’re headed. I aim to create a space that feels like exhaling—a place where all parts of you are welcome, even the ones you think are “too much” or “not enough.” We’ll work toward clarity, self-trust, and sustainable change—not just symptom relief. You’ll learn to stop abandoning yourself and start honoring your values, desires, and capacity. Transformation doesn’t have to be dramatic—it starts with choosing yourself, one session at a time.
