Great to meet you!

Hi, my name is Daniela, and I specialize in trauma. I’m a bilingual (Spanish/English) Licensed Professional Counselor with over 9 years of experience supporting women, as well as Latinx/e, migrant, and BIPOC communities. As a Latina migrant woman and clinical psychologist from Chile, I deeply understand the emotional challenges that come with migration, identity, and belonging.

Outside of therapy, I’ve worked as an educator and clinical supervisor, and I focus on global mental health and social justice. I’m passionate about creating safe, compassionate spaces where people can heal, grow, and reconnect with themselves and their communities.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in trauma, cultural transitions, anxiety, depression, and interpersonal relationships. I draw from approaches such as liberation psychology, feminist psychology, and person-centered therapy, adapting my work to honor your story and cultural identity.

I understand that mental health is shaped not only by personal experiences but also by systemic factors. Together, we’ll explore how these contexts impact your well-being and work toward supporting your healing process.

What you can expect from me

Feel free to reach out for a consultation. I look forward to meeting you and walking alongside you on your healing journey.
