Great to meet you!

Bienvenidos! Welcome to My Practice

First off, I want to take a moment to thank you for prioritizing yourself today—it’s not always easy!

My name is Daniela, a bilingual (Spanish) clinical social worker. When not working, you’ll find me enjoying quality time with my loved ones, or sneaking the occasional nap.

I firsthand understand how culture shock, trauma, and grief can deeply affect lives. That’s why I dedicated my career to helping others navigate these challenges with support and compassion.

My approach to therapy

My approach is centered on creating a safe, supportive, non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings. I have a strong focus on the unique needs of the Latinx/Latine community, but I welcome all backgrounds. I specialize working with children, adolescents, & young adults, in helping them navigate trauma, grief, and everyday challenges. Together, we’ll work at a pace that feels right for you, building emotional resilience and moving toward healing.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a welcoming and supportive environment where we’ll talk about what’s on your mind and what brings you to therapy. By the end, you’ll have a better idea of how we can work together to reach your goals, and whether you feel comfortable moving forward. My approach is based on respect, trust, and understanding. My goal is to equip you with tools to live a happy and successful life. If you're ready, I’m here to help you heal and grow.
