Great to meet you!

As a Fairfield University Master of Social Work graduate, I have had the privilege to work with diverse backgrounds and populations of people throughout Connecticut and New York, from Emergency Services, Inpatient Behavioral Health, and in outpatient setting. My experience has focused on individuals navigating life transitions, academic stressors, interpersonal relationship conflict, trauma, self esteem, anxiety, depression, personality disorders, substance addiction and psychotic disorders.

My approach to therapy

My approach as a therapist leads with empathy, curiosity and humor to look at at the “mind and body connection” that influences thoughts, feelings, patterns and relationships. We will use a strengths based approach to harness the strengths that you already have inside of you and identify goals and practical methods for achieving your therapeutic goals.

What you can expect from me

I am a firm believer that the therapeutic relationship is the foundation for a positive and effective therapeutic experience. Come as you are, however you are, and we will work together to identify your strengths while being mindful of how your life experiences shape who you are today. In our work, you can expect to gain a deeper understanding of yourself while developing practical coping strategies to navigate the challenges that you would like to work through.
