I really enjoy making a difference in my clients' lives. I try to meet them where they are in their struggles and to offer compassionate care. I use of methods like CBT, Solution- and Strength- based therapy, Behavioral Therapy. I have been in different settings which allowed me to enrich my experience in working with people such as geriatric,Family & Children Services, public school until now working as an online therapist. I have an active Clinical Social Worker license in Florida and NJ.

My initial goal is to quickly bond with my clients to a point where they will trust me with their problems and allow me to offer them insights that will make lasting changes to their lives. It is difficult to change behavior patterns but I am hoping to get my clients motivated and engaged in that process. My goal is that my clients will feel good about themselves in their journeys and that they will realize their strengths and capabilities to maintain their progress afloat all on their own.
