Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Daniella! I work with individuals navigating anxiety, trauma, addiction and recovery, body image concerns, and perfectionism, who may at times feel overwhelmed, disconnected from themselves, or uncertain about how to move forward. My goal is to support you in gaining a deeper understanding of yourself, breaking patterns that no longer serve you, and developing a robust toolkit of coping skills.

My approach to therapy

I utilize a culturally sensitive, trauma-informed approach, drawing from IFS and mindfulness, while integrating evidenced-based modalities (CBT, DBT, and ACT) to support each individual’s unique needs.

What you can expect from me

My hope is that you can walk away from each session feeling more connected to yourself, equipped with new insights and tools, and empowered to make choices that align with your values. If this sounds like the kind of support you're looking for, please send me a message. I look forward to getting to know you!
