Great to meet you!

With seven years of experience as a therapist, I am dedicated to supporting individuals and families in achieving greater emotional well-being and personal growth. My approach is centered on creating a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, valued, and empowered.

My approach to therapy

Throughout my career, I have worked with children, adolescents, families, and adults, supporting clients through a variety of life experiences and challenges. I believe in meeting each client where they are and tailoring support to their unique needs, strengths, and goals.

I am passionate about helping clients develop healthy coping skills, strengthen relationships, build confidence, and navigate life’s challenges. My goal is to partner with each client on their journey toward improved well-being and a more fulfilling life.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, you can expect a welcoming and comfortable space where we can begin getting to know one another. We will spend time talking about your background, experiences, current concerns, strengths, and what brought you to therapy.

Most importantly, this first session is about building a relationship and creating a roadmap for your journey. Together, we will identify what you would like to work toward and begin exploring the goals that are meaningful to you. There is no expectation that you have everything figured out when you walk through the door. We will take the process one step at a time, at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

My goal is for you to leave your first session feeling heard, respected, and hopeful about the path ahead. Therapy is a collaborative process, and we will work together to create a plan that supports your well-being and helps you move toward the changes you want to see in your life.
