Great to meet you!

I received my MA in Clinical Art Therapy and Counseling from Long Island University in 2017. I am a nationally board certified Art Therapist and Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Texas, as well as a member of the American Art Therapy Association, South Texas Chapter.

I have been practicing art therapy and counseling since 2017 and have provided individual and group services to people of all ages and walks of life.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Drawing from multiple modalities, I approach therapy with a focus on the long-term effects of developmental experiences and trauma, the intrinsic resilience of each individual, and the healing powers of art.

What you can expect from our first session

I am dedicated to showing up fully and authentically and providing clients with the highest quality therapy experience. I aim to work collaboratively, utilizing client insight and sharing my knowledge of psychology to address clients' specific goals.
