I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a master’s degree in Clinical Psychology. I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, life transitions, trauma, and self-esteem concerns. I especially enjoy supporting thoughtful, high-functioning women who feel overwhelmed, self-critical, emotionally drained, or stuck in people-pleasing and repetitive patterns. Together, we’ll work toward greater self-trust, healthier relationships, and a life that feels more grounded and fulfilling.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental. We’ll look at how past experiences and current patterns may be affecting your anxiety, mood, relationships, and sense of self. I’ll offer thoughtful feedback, practical tools, and gentle challenges to help you build healthier boundaries, communicate more clearly, and feel more confident in your choices. We’ll keep the work focused on what matters most to you and the changes you want to make.
Our first session is focused on getting to know you and understanding what is bringing you to therapy right now. I’ll give you space to share what has been weighing on you, while asking questions about your current concerns, important relationships, and what you hope will change. We’ll also review what therapy with me may look like and begin identifying goals for our work together. Most importantly, I want you to feel comfortable, heard, and able to show up as yourself.
