Great to meet you!

I have been a therapist for over 17 years and have extensive experience working with different populations with a wide array of psychiatric conditions. I have a special interest in helping individuals overcome their interpersonal and relationship struggles. As a therapist, I am dedicated to helping people improve their emotional stability so they can endure life’s struggles and gain success. My goal is to provide support for my patients no matter what season of life they are in.

My approach to therapy

I utilize a holistic approach in my therapy sessions, believing that people are so diverse it is necessary to look at all aspects of a person's life. I strongly believe that nutrition and physical health affects the mind, therefore it should be incorporated into therapy. I also believe in the importance of renewing your mind, which means gaining control of your thoughts daily, to achieve a lifetime of success.

What you can expect from me

I make a great effort to provide a warm and caring environment. It is important for my patients to feel comfortable sharing their struggles. My hope is that when a patient leaves a therapy session that person will have more clarity on what they are experiencing and why. Being in therapy will provide patients with extra support during life's trials. As a therapist, I believe in keeping up to date with current research in the mental health field and continually learning to better help my patients.
