As a licensed clinical social worker and life coach, I am passionate about helping women lead enriched lives filled with self discovery and meaning.

After studying in Adelphi University school of Social Work I began working with woman as a desire to help them parent their children. This evolved into my working with them on discovering as well as reparenting themselves.

I honor each person's unique human experience as I gently hold space for wherever each person is at in their story.

My approach is gentle, safe, inviting and warm.....

A feeling of being heard and understood as well practical tools to implement change. In addition clients report feeling more hope for a better today.
