Great to meet you!

Welcome! Seeking help is a brave step, and I'm here to support you through that process. I work with teens, young adults and adults who feel overwhelmed, disconnected or stuck in cycles they can't explain. My work is primarily through Telehealth and I have evening availability.

My approach to therapy

My approach is integrative, collaborative, and trauma-informed. I tailor therapy to your needs--whether you prefer structure and tools or more open, exploratory space.

What you can expect from me

I always start with an introductory session, where you'll have the opportunity to share your story and what you hope to achieve in therapy. I strive to create a warm environment that allows you to feel comfortable sharing. From there, we'll work together in sessions to set goals you would like to work on.
