Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed therapist with training in Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, EMDR, the Gottman Method, and Family Systems Theory. I work with individuals healing from C-PTSD and relational trauma who struggle with identity, self-esteem, and nervous system overwhelm, as well as with couples navigating conflict, emotional distance, or attachment challenges. Clients describe me as warm, nonjudgmental, and collaborative. I create a safe, supportive space where you can explore your experiences and reconnect with your most empowered self.

My approach to therapy

What is your approach to therapy?

My approach is grounded in the belief that healing looks different for everyone. I take a client-centered, relational, and trauma-informed stance, working collaboratively with you to understand the patterns, stories, and experiences that have shaped how you relate to yourself and others. I often incorporate elements of narrative therapy, helping you explore and rewrite the stories you’ve been carrying, especially those rooted in relational trauma or early life experiences. I also integrate EMDR and mindfulness when helpful. Whether we're working individually or in a couple, I strive to create a space where you feel empowered, heard, and supported in creating meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

In your first session, we’ll focus on understanding what brought you to therapy and exploring the patterns, beliefs, or past experiences that may be affecting your life and relationships. Clients often leave with greater clarity, self-awareness, and a sense of what’s possible for growth. My hope is that you feel heard, supported, and more connected to your inner voice, empowered to set boundaries, and equipped to navigate life’s challenges with choice and self-compassion.
