Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in private practice, holding a Master’s in Social Work and broad experience in both clinical and leadership roles within therapeutic settings. I specialize in supporting adults through life’s complex transitions. My areas of focus include grief and loss, women’s health, midlife experiences, stress and anxiety management, caretaker challenges, and navigating the healthcare system.

I am committed to helping clients navigate their challenges and achieve their desired outcomes by optimizing their satisfaction with life and alleviating symptoms. I believe the clinical relationship is fundamental to every client’s success, and I place great emphasis on building a trusting, open, and collaborative connection with each individual I work with.

My approach to therapy

Drawing from a variety of clinical approaches and theoretical paradigms, I tailor treatment to meet each client’s unique needs—supporting improved functioning, enhanced resilience, and the achievement of meaningful therapeutic goals. My practice is grounded in compassion, authenticity, and a deep respect for each client’s personal journey.

What you can expect from me

My initial session focuses on getting to know the client, understanding their reasons for seeking therapy, and conducting an initial assessment of their needs and goals for the therapeutic process. A comprehensive assessment typically takes two sessions, after which the client and clinician can determine together whether the therapeutic relationship is the right fit to support the client’s needs.
