Great to meet you!

You've spent so much time taking care of everyone else that you've forgotten what it feels like to take care of yourself. Whether you're navigating anxiety, burnout, trauma, or major life transitions, therapy can be a place where you finally feel seen, supported, and understood.

Welcome, I’m Danielle Beaumont, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

We are starting with affirmation before I tell you about me, I want you know that you deserve a place where you can BE YOU and REAL!

Therapeutic Affirmation:

You do not have to navigate healing alone. Your story matters, your experiences are valid, and your healing is possible. Even in moments of struggle, you are worthy of peace, growth, support, and the opportunity to heal unapologetically and authentically.

A Bit About Me:

My work is rooted in creating a safe, culturally affirming, trauma-informed, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel seen, heard, respected, and empowered throughout their healing journey.

I am deeply passionate about serving Black and Brown individuals, children, adolescents, families, justice-impacted individuals, mandated clients, and child welfare-involved families. I understand how trauma, systemic oppression, racism, poverty, community violence, incarceration, and generational stress can impact emotional wellness, relationships, parenting, identity, and daily functioning.

Above all, I believe healing happens through trust, authenticity, cultural understanding, and emotional safety.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is trauma-informed, culturally responsive, collaborative, and strength-based. I believe healing happens through trust, authenticity, emotional safety, and genuine connection. I strive to create a nonjudgmental and culturally affirming space where clients feel heard, respected, empowered, and supported throughout their healing journey.

I understand that mental health does not exist in a vacuum. Experiences related to trauma, racism, systemic oppression, poverty, community violence, child welfare involvement, incarceration, and generational stress can deeply impact emotional wellness, relationships, identity, and daily functioning.

My clinical approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), mindfulness-based interventions, attachment-focused therapy, motivational interviewing, family systems therapy, Child-Parent Psychotherapy (CPP), Attachment and Biobehavioral Catch-Up (ABC), and play therapy techniques for infants and young children. I specialize in supporting clients experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), emotional regulation challenges, attachment concerns, grief, behavioral difficulties, parenting stress, relationship conflict, and complex family dynamics.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a welcoming, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where they feel safe to share at their own pace. During the first session, my goal is to build trust, understand your experiences, identify your strengths, and explore what brought you to therapy. We will discuss your concerns, current stressors, relationships, emotional wellness, and daily functioning, while also exploring what has and has not worked for you in the past.

I understand that beginning therapy can feel overwhelming, especially for individuals who have experienced trauma, systemic barriers, child welfare involvement, justice system involvement, or negative experiences within helping systems. Because of this, I strive to create a culturally affirming, collaborative, and emotionally safe space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered.

Together, we will begin identifying goals, coping strategies, and a treatment approach tailored to your unique needs, experiences, and healing journey.
