Welcome! I'm a licensed doctor of psychology with 25 years in the field. I specialize in treating PTSD, post-traumatic anxiety and depression, grief resolution and health-related concerns. I also work with the family members affected by these issues. I particularly enjoy working in groups.

My clients have usually been working hard to feel better after big changes in their lives. They often arrive feeling stressed, discouraged, out of control and out of ideas. I believe in using a range of proven therapy strategies adapted to your specific needs, with great communication between us on what is helping and what is not. Together we'll approach whatever it is with kindness, curiosity and the courage to help you step into a more satisfying life.

In therapy, we'll take time to understand what you think is causing your problems, how you feel changed by what happened, and what makes you feel better or worse. We'll choose an approach and specific goals together.
