I have a master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from Long Island University. I have a second master's degree in educational psychology from New York University. I worked in the emergency department at a local hospital doing crisis counseling for two years. I have also previously worked with clients that struggle with substance abuse as well as in a high school supporting teenagers with everyday struggles.

I take a solution focused approach to therapy. I want my clients to feel empowered to make changes in their lives as soon as possible.
