Great to meet you!

My name is Danielle. I have been in practice for over 15 years. I've worked in just about every area of mental health practice, from community mental health, hospitals, schools, home-based services with kids and with the elderly population, and in an inpatient psychiatric setting. The biggest lesson I've learned is that people are genuinely doing their best, but sometimes too much gets in the way and it can feel overwhelming! I appreciate all my clients, past and present, for having the courage to share their story with me and their trust that we will work through this part together.

My approach to therapy

My approach to working with clients is simple. You're the expert in your life. I'm here to walk beside you, helping to make sense of your story and decide what your next chapter will look like. Most of my experience lies in helping clients who know depression, anxiety, chronic pain, or trauma history. I look forward to working with you!

What you can expect from me

In our first session, I will get to learn about you and your story. I will ask some questions to better understand you, your values, your goals. You can ask me any questions about my style and the work we will do together!
