Great to meet you!

I earned my Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from Seton Hall University in 2012 and have over 10 years of experience as a therapist. My clinical background includes working with trauma, depression, anxiety, panic, and substance use. I take a person-centered, collaborative approach and focus on building strong therapeutic relationships to support each client’s growth and well-being.

My approach to therapy

I take a collaborative and individualized approach to therapy, believing that each person’s journey is unique. While I often use a solution-focused framework, I also draw from various evidence-based treatment styles to meet your specific needs. Together, we’ll identify areas for change and work toward practical, meaningful goals to improve your overall well-being.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can talk openly and begin to better understand yourself. My goal is to help you feel more emotionally balanced and confident in managing symptoms of anxiety, depression, panic, or past trauma. Together, we’ll work toward helping you feel happier, healthier, and more in control of your mental health.
