Danielle "Dani" Brooks has experience working with adults (18+) who are anxious, depressed and over it navigate raging dumpster fires to be able to build lives worth living. She enjoys equipping clients with tangible coping tools, education, and resources while also offering a space for them to process and receive support, compassion, and validation.
Dani will go at your pace and work collaboratively with you to go in the direction you're wanting to go. At the end of the day, you're the expert on you. She's here to help you lean into that and feel confident in living according to your values.
