Great to meet you!

Life can feel heavy sometimes, whether you’re dealing with stress, loss, relationships, a major life change, or simply feeling like you’ve lost a little of yourself along the way. You don’t have to figure everything out on your own. I offer a warm, supportive space where you can show up as you are, talk through what’s weighing on you, and feel truly heard without judgment. Together, we’ll work toward helping you feel more grounded, confident, and connected to yourself as you move forward.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy works best when you feel comfortable being yourself and know that your voice matters. My approach is person-centered, supportive, and collaborative. I draw from CBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, and other evidence-based approaches, but I don’t believe therapy should feel one-size-fits-all. We’ll focus on what works for you and where you are in your life. If faith or spirituality is important to you, I’m also comfortable incorporating that into our work in a way that feels natural and meaningful to you.

What you can expect from me

I meet you where you are and take the time to understand what you need. Building trust and creating a space where you feel comfortable being yourself is important to me. Together, we’ll work toward helping you feel more grounded, supported, and confident as you move forward.
