As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist I am dedicated to helping individuals (14 years & up) and couples navigate complex personal and relational challenges through a trauma-informed, evidence-based lens. I have additional training in Emotionally Focused Therapy the Gold standard for couples therapy.
Deeply grounded in sociological perspectives, I place a strong emphasis on understanding how systemic and cultural influences impact an individual's mental health and relationship dynamics.
