I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker in both RI & Massachusetts with over 10 years of experience in the mental health field, I am dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges and transitions. I specialize in working with adolescents and adults; those dealing with depression, anxiety, ADHD, stress management, and major life transitions—including pregnancy, postpartum, career changes, relationship shifts, and academic challenges.

My therapeutic approach is rooted in the belief that every person is unique and possesses inherent strengths and the capacity for growth. I am committed to creating a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where clients can explore their concerns, build resilience, and foster lasting change.
