Great to meet you!

As a licensed clinician/ psychotherapist I believe healthy mental health is paramount in supporting happiness and stability in life. Recognizing the need to be assisted in this process can be hard so congratulations on taking that step! I've been in the mental health field for over 14 but shifted my focus in the last 7 years to assisting clients manage symptoms of anxiety, depression, and past trauma.

My approach to therapy

Everyone comes with a unique experience and deserves an individualized approach to care. Once we decide to work together, we will collaboratively devise a treatment plan that best suits your therapeutic journey. While I will guide, I allow you to lead this process. I will be there to listen to you, challenge you, and support you throughout.

What you can expect from me

Your therapeutic journey with me will begin with an introductory session that gives you the opportunity to share your story and what you hope to achieve in therapy. We will work together to figure this out. I aim to facilitate a warm, welcoming environment that allows you to feel comfortable sharing and being vulnerable, while also feeling secure. During session to follow, we will actively work to make your goals reality.
