Great to meet you!

Hi there! My name is Danielle, and I'm a licensed marriage and family therapist with a background in supporting individuals with neurodivergence, working with diverse populations including adolescents and young adults. My goal is to create a supportive space where you feel heard, understood, at times challenged, and empowered in your healing.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is naturalistic, holistic, compassionate, and individualized. I primarily use Cognitive Behavior Therapy and Person-Centered approaches, while also integrating trauma-informed techniques and solution focused depending on the subject at hand. My focus is assisting clients in building personal insights into patterns and behaviors to reconnect with themselves, while navigating trauma and day-to-day challenges.

What you can expect from me

In the first session, the focus is primarily on getting to know each other, explanation of confidentiality, exploring goals, and any expectations within therapy. It can be a difficulty process to start therapy with a new provider, so it is important to first see if you feel comfortable in the initial session and what needs have or haven't been met in the past.
