Great to meet you!

Do you realize you are who you are because of your traumas? Do your days feel heavier and/or longer? Do you feel your grief just isn't getting any easier? The first step in finding a therapist is no easy task. It is okay to not be okay. Together we will identify thought patterns and build coping strategies for better days ahead.

After obtaining my Masters Degree in Social Work, I have focused on helping adults through traumatic events and grief in a person-centered environment.

My approach to therapy

If you feel you are facing barriers and difficulties, let's work together to get yourself to where you wish to be. Nothing is off the table for topics of discussion. I will maintain respect and communicate openly with you to help you achieve your personal goals.

What you can expect from me

Being vulnerable isn't an easy task, but I hope to make you feel comfortable to get the most out of our sessions. Our initial session will be friendly, open-ended, include your interest in therapy and what you hope to get out of our therapeutic relationship. I want to ensure a mutual trust is built between us for a positive therapeutic relationship.
