Great to meet you!

I hold a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and have specific specialties in ADHD and grief work. I also hold a Level 1 CrossFit certification, which informs my holistic approach to mental health. I am especially interested in the connection between physical and emotional well-being and how movement, routine, and mindset can support lasting change.

When I’m not in session, you can usually find me trying out new recipes or restaurants, at the CrossFit gym lifting heavy things on purpose, or keeping up with the chaos and companionship of my two very active dogs.

My approach to therapy

My style is direct yet laid-back, and always rooted in mutual trust, respect, and collaboration. Together, we identify your goals and agree on the direction you want to move because therapy should never be a cookie-cutter experience. I take a values-based approach, helping you align your decisions and behavior with what truly matters to you.

In our work together, I integrate a variety of evidence-based approaches. When needed, I work through a trauma-informed and grief-informed lens, honoring the past without letting it define the future. I enjoy using humor, metaphors, and very real, practical tools in session because therapy is both hard work and a place to feel supported, understood, and even laugh a little along the way.

What you can expect from me

In your first session with me, you can expect a warm, welcoming space where you are met with respect, curiosity, and zero judgment. I work with individuals from all walks of life, across the lifespan, and from a wide range of backgrounds and belief systems. If you are seeking a faith-integrated approach, I also offer Christian-based therapy.

Many of the clients I work with feel overwhelmed, burnt out, and uncertain how to move forward — particularly mothers navigating a late-in-life (or suspected) ADHD diagnosis. In our initial session, we will begin identifying what feels most heavy or stuck for you right now, and what kind of change you’re longing for. I frequently support clients through major life transitions, including new parenthood, job changes, relocation, and navigating the emotional complexity of the empty-nest season.
