Great to meet you!

For more than 20 years, I’ve had the privilege of helping people navigate life’s challenges, better understand themselves, and create meaningful, lasting change. My experience spans nearly every aspect of behavioral health, from inpatient treatment to outpatient counseling, working with adolescents and adults across all stages of life.

My goal is to create a space where you feel genuinely heard, understood, and supported, while also being thoughtfully challenged to grow. I bring both professional expertise and genuine curiosity to our work, recognizing that your story, experiences, and goals are uniquely your own.

My approach to therapy

Too often, we find ourselves living someone else’s version of our life—whether it’s unprocessed trauma, misalignment with our values, or simply not knowing where we want to go or how to get there.

I work with individuals and couples in various adult life stages, with the goal of understanding your unique story, exploring who has been writing it, and collaborating to help you craft the narrative you truly want.

What you can expect from me

Our first session together focuses on what brought you to therapy, understanding your history, and developing goals for our time together. I want to understand your who, your what, and your why. Together, we will create the how.
