Great to meet you!

I'm so glad you're here. Taking the first step toward seeking support is a brave and meaningful act, and I want to honor that courage. It's an honor to walk alongside people as they navigate life's challenges, find their inner strengths, and move toward a greater sense of peace and wholeness. You don’t have to do this alone. Together, we’ll work toward healing, clarity, and self-trust.

My hope is to empower you with the tools and insights you need to build a life you feel good about. If you feel a connection to my approach, I invite you to reach out. I'm here to answer any questions and explore if we're a good fit to work together.

My approach to therapy

I draw upon DBT to help you build skills in mindfulness, emotional regulation, and relationships. I also specialize in trauma-focused therapies like EMDR and Progressive Counting, which help process and reduce the impact of painful memories. I understand that past experiences can feel overwhelming, but I want you to know that healing is possible.

What you can expect from me

When you come in for your first session, you can expect a safe and welcoming space where you'll be listened to without judgment. Our initial focus will be on understanding what brought you to therapy and what your goals are. We'll also cover important details like confidentiality and how we'll work together. This is a collaborative process, and my role is to help you explore your thoughts and feelings, identify patterns, and develop the skills you need to navigate challenges. The first session is all about building a foundation of trust so that we can begin the meaningful work of helping you feel better.
