A bit about my approach to therapy

Originally from the Florida area, Dr. Dennis is dedicated to helping clients struggling with anxiety, obsessive compulsive disorder, phobias, and sleep related difficulties. She assists those who are struggling by employing up to date, gold-standard treatments that have proven to be effective. Dr. Dennis heavily relies on evidence based treatments such as exposure and response prevention (ERP), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT).
