I am a licensed therapist with 10 years of experience. I specialize in working with adults (17+) who are struggling with depression, anxiety, bipolar and trauma and they want healthy coping skills and higher emotional intelligence. I am an intuitive, direct and empowering therapist with a bit of humor when appropriate. I love to bring out my clients strengths, passions and spirituality to help them approach life with more confidence and resilience.

I have a variety of approaches that I can utilize in sessions depending on my clients needs. At the core, I am very skill based with Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and parts work with Internal Family Systems. I have several additional certifications in breath work for stress management, tensions and trauma releasing exercises for trauma held in the body and pain reprocessing therapy for chronic pain.
