Great to meet you!

Brining 13 years of experience in the field of psychology, I provide a thoughtful, grounded approach to therapy that is shaped by working with diverse populations and a wide range of concerns. Clients describe me as "supportive" and our work together as "powerful/meaningful". My approach is thoughtful and intentional, focusing on helping you gain insight into patterns that may be holding you back while also building practical tools you can use in your everyday life.

My approach to therapy

I believe counseling is a powerful space for growth and meaningful change. My goal is to help clients enhance their quality of life by understanding patterns in how they think, feel, and respond to situations. I use a warm but intentional approach, combining insight-oriented exploration with evidence-based strategies from cognitive behavioral therapy. Together, we work to reshape unhelpful thoughts, strengthen emotional regulation and develop practical skills that support lasting, positive change.

What you can expect from me

Together, we’ll create goals that align with your values, principles, and personal needs. You’ll leave our work with deeper self-awareness that can guide you through future challenges. Along the way, you'll likely notice a growing sense of motivation, self-compassion, and clarity about the life you want to create. In our sessions, you can expect to feel safe, supported, and actively engaged.
