Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC-D), National Certified Counselor (NCC), and Certified Clinical Mental Health Counselor (CCMHC) with experience treating anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, and life transitions. I believe in creating a warm, supportive, and judgment-free environment where clients feel comfortable being themselves. My goal is to help you gain insight, develop practical coping skills, and build confidence as you work toward meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

I take a collaborative, client-centered approach and tailor treatment to each person’s unique needs and goals. I use evidence-based techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused Therapy. Together, we’ll identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, build healthy coping strategies, and work toward lasting emotional well-being.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and discuss what brought you to therapy. We’ll review your history, explore your current concerns, and identify goals that are most important to you. My goal is to create a safe, supportive environment where you feel heard, understood, and comfortable beginning your therapeutic journey.
