Great to meet you!

A little but about myself besides my profession. I am an African American woman from Detroit, MI. I am a wife and a mother. As a wife and mother, there are many challenges...multitasking, running a home, working, raising a family and many more. I know full well how challenging this can be. All this being said, I understand “Life” quite a bit. Given this opportunity, I can help guide and support you through your challenges to a more fulfilling and peaceful life through a variety of interventions such as EMDR, CBT, insight oriented and DBT modalities.

My approach to therapy

I can help you with the tools for healing from the past and forgiving yourself and others. Therapy is a process and it’s work but if you’re willing to take accountability to put yourself first and do the work needed to help you heal, resolve the past and love yourself then I’m willing to help you on your journey to peace.

What you can expect from me

I provide clients with a safe place to express their feelings and thus gain a better understanding of themselves and how they create their own reality.
