Great to meet you!

You know something needs to shift, but naming it out loud feels harder than living with it. I work with teens and adults navigating trauma, anxiety, and the kind of relationship and attachment patterns that keep showing up no matter how hard you try to outrun them. I also spend a lot of time with clients working through eating disorders and the specific pressures that come with being a woman figuring out her relationship to her body, her relationships, and herself. Clients often describe our time together as relaxed and conversational, with a lot of honesty and even more humor along the way.

My approach to therapy

Together we get past just talking about what's wrong and into figuring out why it keeps happening, whether that shows up as panic that hits out of nowhere or patterns you keep repeating in relationships. You'll walk away from our work with real, practical tools you can use in the moment, not just insight for insight's sake. I work best with clients who want someone honest and a little irreverent, who won't tiptoe around hard topics but also won't take themselves too seriously while doing the deep work. If you're navigating an eating disorder or figuring out what health looks like for you as a woman, that lens is baked into how I show up too.

What you can expect from me

Our first session together is really just about getting to know each other, what brought you here, and what you're hoping to change. Expect a relaxed, conversational session where curiosity and honesty matter more than getting everything right, and yes, there's usually a good bit of humor mixed in. If any of this sounds like what you've been looking for, I'd love for you to reach out and see if we're a good fit.
