Great to meet you!

Danielle holds two Master's degrees, is a registered yoga teacher (RYT-200), and considers herself to be a lifelong learner.

Clients experiencing suicidal thoughts, self-harm, have a history of sexual trauma, are LGBTQIA+, and partnerships working through sexuality and relational issues such as sexual desire discrepancy and affair recovery will find that Danielle can offer a great deal of insight into these issues and provide much needed support.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I do not use one specific modality, and instead pull bits and pieces from many modalities in an eclectic blend best suited for each individual client. I rely heavily on solution-focused and narrative therapies as well as the power of the mind-body connection.

What you can expect from our first session

Clients can expect to partner with Danielle to uncover problematic patterns, perceptions and biases in order to create a walkable path to mental wellness. Her hope for clients is that they will feel more connected to others, and more importantly, themselves.
