My approach to therapy

Sessions start with rapport building, then getting coping skills aligned with your goals. I am experienced in providing several modalities of treatment, including cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, person-centered,guided meditation and reparenting therapy to name a few.Therapy isn’t one size fits all, so let’s figure out what works best for you.

What you can expect from me
