Great to meet you!

I work with adults who have ADHD and feel overwhelmed, stuck, or frustrated with how hard everyday life can feel. Many of my clients have tried strategies that “should” work but don’t fit how their brain actually operates.

My approach is both practical and compassionate—we’ll build tools that match your real life while also exploring the deeper patterns that keep you stuck. I use ADHD-informed and IFS-informed therapy to help you better understand yourself, not fight against yourself.

Clients often leave sessions feeling more clear, less ashamed, and more capable of following through in ways that actually stick.

I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Nevada and Arizona with specialized training in ADHD. I’m passionate about helping people work with their brains instead of against them.

If this resonates, you’re not alone—and you don’t have to figure it out by yourself.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is ADHD-informed and IFS-informed, which means I help you understand both how your brain works and the internal patterns that keep you feeling stuck.

We focus on practical strategies that actually fit your life, while also exploring the emotional side of things—like overwhelm, avoidance, and self-criticism.

I take a collaborative, non-judgmental approach and adjust our work to match your energy, attention, and goals, so therapy feels helpful rather than overwhelming.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll focus on getting to know what’s been going on for you and what led you to reach out—at a pace that feels manageable. There’s no pressure to have everything figured out or to share more than you’re ready to.

I’ll ask some questions to understand your experiences, especially how ADHD or other challenges are showing up in your day-to-day life, and we’ll start making sense of patterns together.

I’ll also explain how I work and make sure it feels like a good fit for you. By the end of the session, my goal is for you to feel more clarity, less self-judgment, and to walk away with at least one practical takeaway you can use.
