Great to meet you!

I have been working in the mental health field since 2007 in various levels of care and positions. I have additional training specifically in child loss, traumatic bereavement and perinatal mental health.

My approach to therapy

My approach is compassionate, honest and grounded in respect for bodily autonomy, personal values, and lived experience. I don't rush grief, push silver linings, or ask you to find meaning before you're ready. I offer telehealth to adults in AZ in a space that is inclusive and nonjudgmental and free from political or religious agenda.

What you can expect from me

In therapy, I offer a steady, maternal space where your experience is taken seriously and your emotions are met with compassion rather than correction. You don’t need to explain, minimize, or “be grateful” here. We move at your pace, supporting both what has been lost and what is still unfolding.
