As a licensed marriage and family therapist, I value finding peace in working through difficult life circumstances. I am dedicated to helping individuals navigate challenging life issues. I've been in the field of psychology for over ten years, spending much of that time working with clients who have struggled with various relationship and family issues, substance abuse, postpartum adjustment, and trauma.

Everyone's situation is unique and my approach is collaborative, focused on each client's specific needs and strengths. My goal is to honor the complexities of my client's experiences, while focusing on solution and healing as part of the therapeutic journey. In our first session, I focus on learning about my client's unique situation and how this has affected them. My goal is to create a welcoming and safe environment to support clients with feeling comfortable sharing their story. From there, we work together on establishing goals for therapy that support my client's needs.
