Danielle Ferebee

Hi, I’m Danielle a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I believe in creating a safe, compassionate space where we can work together to build your confidence and support your growth. My focus is on helping individuals navigate challenges, improve relationships, and lead fulfilling lives.

My therapeutic approach is rooted in client-centered care, where each individual's unique needs and experiences guide the process. I primarily use cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) to help clients identify and shift unhelpful thoughts and behaviors, while also integrating mindfulness and solution-focused techniques to promote self-awareness and practical coping skills. I believe in empowering clients to take an active role in their healing journey, fostering resilience and long-term well-being.

During our first session, you can expect a welcoming and open conversation where we’ll start to get to know each other. I’ll ask about your background, current challenges, and goals for therapy, and we’ll discuss what you hope to achieve. It’s a safe space for you to share at your own pace, and together, we’ll begin to create a plan tailored to your unique needs. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, understood, and confident that we’re on the right path forward.
